Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and contribute to the company’s revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales, networking, and business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outbound strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
• Pitch Blyn Technologies' services (web development, app development, SaaS solutions) to clients.
• Understand client needs and propose customized solutions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales strategies and campaigns.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports and client proposals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of IT services, software development, and SaaS solutions.
• Ability to identify market opportunities and convert leads into sales.
• Experience with CRM tools, lead generation, and cold emailing.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in the tech industry or IT services sales.
